LEZET – “An Ycy, an Oybe & a Xlyxian Playing Their Abdominal Sounds (a 2095 Panspermia Music Restoration Society recording)”

The Ycy, Oybe and the Xlyxians are races that used to inhabit a single homeworld, planet Gopthia, before it was destroyed in 2870 AD in a blitzkrieg attack by an unknown civilization. Luckily, all three races escaped extinction as they had already colonized parts of some neighbouring systems.
In early 2900s, the Panspermia Music Restoration Society approached a group of musicians of all three races about possible reconstructions of traditional Gopthian music. Among many popular forms the members of the Society were particularly interested in recording some abdominal music, loved and performed by all three races by manipulating their respective abdominal sounds into creating organized sounds and improvising. We bring you an excerpt of one such session that sheds some light upon the bonds between the said races, as their respected physiologies were entirely different. Of the three races only the resilient Oybe remain today.
