"The Talampaya National Park is located in the center-west of the province of La Rioja, in Argentina. It was created in order to protect important archaeological and paleontological sites in the area. In 2000, UNESCO declared the park a "Cultural and Natural Heritage of Humanity". The name Talampaya, in the extinct quechua language, means "dry river of the tala". (The tala is a giant bush with thorns.)
In this work, the Fraticornicos musically describe the majesty of the place, and its special mystical characteristic, since it is said that some unexplained phenomena happen there, such as appearances of alien spacecraft at night.
The natural stillness is interrupted by a bus with a nocturnal delegation of tourists, guided by a supposed guru, who the only thing they achieve is to break the park tranquility and beauty. Luckily, when the bus leaves, peace reigns again."

Suspenseful and Eerie. Each track tells a story. Spirits haunting a boneyard and aliens scanning the wreckage of a battlefield are just some.of the images brought to mind. Michael

Very nice compilation of abstract experimental music of all sorts of styles. This has some incredibly interesting songs as well as some I really struggle with & I find really challenging... :) Love the cover too!It has an incredibly satisfying sense of perspective & depth! I'm only 12 seconds into part 2 and I already have to pause to say, "Wow, what a journey!" These pieces are not limited to Earthly icy realms, either. Fascinating 🤯 Scott

There are many wonderful artists in this compilation. Every track is a little gem. And the concept (1 minute for every artist) is suggestive.
A big thank you to LOUDsilence for this fantastic sonic journey.👍 mario1984
